Terms of Service

1. The service

Rambo is a coaching platform: coaches run their training business (clients, programs, scheduling, video sessions, messaging and payments) and members track their training, with or without a coach. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Coaches are independent professionals - Rambo is not a party to the coaching relationship and does not provide medical, health or fitness advice.

3. Payments

• Coaches pay a monthly platform subscription after any free trial ends.
• Client payments go directly to the coach's own payment account (Stripe, Razorpay or PayPal); Rambo does not hold client funds.
• Fees are charged by the payment providers under their own terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Rambo to break the law, harass others, upload content you don't have rights to, probe or disrupt the service, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and display it to the people you share it with (your coach, your clients, your groups) - nothing more.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile; deletion disables sign-in immediately. You can export your data first. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rambo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Always consult a physician before starting a training program.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
