Platform subscription (coaches)

• The free trial costs nothing and requires no payment method - cancel any time during it.
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
• If we billed you in error, or the service was materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the affected charge.

Coaching payments (clients)

Payments for coaching go directly to your coach's own payment account - Rambo never holds those funds. Refunds for coaching services are between you and your coach, under whatever terms you agreed with them. If you believe a charge was fraudulent, contact your coach first, then your payment provider.

How to ask

Email billing@rambo.app from your account address with the payment reference. We answer within two business days.
